Rules: Weigh daily (what's not measured isn't managed). No cheat days (they reset cravings). No bad food in the house (you'll eat it). A-B test seasonings to make healthy food tasty. Willpower is an illusion. Design systems that don't require it.

A founder tries willpower dieting. Fails repeatedly. They try the hypnotist approach: eat unlimited chicken and vegetables for two weeks (cravings die).
